We are looking for a VP Sales – India to own revenue growth, new customer acquisition, and expansion of our enterprise business across the region. We are looking for a builder and business leaders who can create market opportunities, open senior-level relationships, build a strong sales engine, and personally drive strategic deals while developing the next level of sales leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and deliver annual revenue target across India.
- Drive aggressive hunting and new-logo acquisition across enterprise accounts.
- Build and maintain 3–4X qualified sales pipeline to support revenue targets.
- Identify and close large, complex deals across AI, Data, Cloud, Analytics and Digital Transformation.
- Develop and grow strategic accounts through upselling, cross-selling and account expansion.
- Build solid CXO-level relationships across CIO, CTO, CDO and business leadership.
- Develop strategic partnerships and generate partner-led opportunities across India.




- Lead the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closure.
- Build, manage and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Own sales forecasting, GTM strategy, territory planning, pipeline reviews and revenue performance.

Ideal Candidate

- 18+ years of experience in enterprise technology, IT services, consulting or SaaS sales.
- Proven track record of revenue/bookings ownership.
- Strong hunter with demonstrated success in new-logo acquisition and large deal closures.
- Experience selling AI, Data, Cloud, Analytics or Digital Transformation solutions.
- Strong enterprise and CXO network across India and/or India
- Experience managing strategic accounts and building high-value customer relationships.
- Proven experience in building and leading sales teams.

Strong commercial acumen, negotiation and forecasting skills.
