We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President - POM Product Management to join our Client Activation and Data Delivery team. This role is in Pune.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

- Global Business Change and Data Delivery initiatives
- Business Analysis and Data Delivery
- data ingestion, transformation, governance, and downstream delivery
- Senior Management, Financial, and Executive/Board‑level reporting
- Project / Demand delivery and release plans e2e
- Facilitates project and data‑focused workshops with External Clients, Product, Data Engineering, Technology, and Operations stakeholders

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

- 10+ years of total skilled experience in fund accounting, asset servicing
- Bachelor’s degree is required,



or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
- Global Business Change initiatives
- Business Analysis and/or Project Management
- Data Delivery, Data Governance, or Enterprise Data Platforms
- PRINCE2 / PMP preferred roles with Project / Change Management accountability
- CBAP or equivalent Business Analysis certification preferred for Business Analysis–focused roles, particularly within data and platform delivery domains.
- Additional training or certification in Data Management, Analytics, or Financial Services platforms is an advantage
