About the role

We are looking for a Vice President – Delivery to lead large-scale delivery operations across multiple accounts and programs. You will own delivery governance, financial performance, customer satisfaction and people leadership. You will report to the Executive Vice President and act as the key link between clients, business leaders, delivery teams and executive leadership.

This role is for a highly execution-driven leader who is comfortable running enterprise delivery, cross-functional teams and business-critical programs at scale.

Key responsibilities

Delivery leadership

- Drive end-to-end execution of multiple strategic programs across Content, Technology, Product and Operations teams
- Ensure delivery within defined timelines, quality benchmarks and business objectives
- Establish execution discipline and delivery processes across the organization
- Manage multiple parallel workstreams while maintaining operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

Business management and financial ownership

- Own delivery-related revenue, margins,



costs and profitability
- Partner with Sales and Account Management on growth, renewals and expansion
- Drive resource utilization and capacity planning
- Track account and portfolio performance against business targets

Client and stakeholder management

- Act as the strategic interface between enterprise clients, business leaders, delivery teams and executive leadership
- Lead delivery reviews, governance meetings and account management
- Build strong enterprise client relationships and handle escalations in high-pressure environments

Technology delivery and engineering operations

- Work closely with Engineering, Product, QA, Infrastructure and DevOps teams to align delivery with business priorities
- Apply a strong understanding of SDLC, product engineering, cloud platforms, DevOps, release management and deployment cycles
- Ensure integrated delivery between Content and Technology teams

Cross-functional leadership

- Lead large teams across Content, Instructional Design, Product, Engineering, DevOps, Delivery, QA and Operations
- Build collaboration frameworks and drive an ownership culture
- Mentor Delivery Managers, Program Managers and functional leaders

Reporting, metrics and operational excellence

- Own organization-wide delivery metrics, dashboards, utilization tracking,



productivity reporting and project health reviews
- Monitor KPIs, team performance and execution quality standards
- Lead process improvement initiatives that reduce delivery bottlenecks and improve business outcomes

What we are looking for

- 20+ years of total experience, with 15+ years of relevant experience in technology, product or engineering delivery
- BE/BTech, BCA or MCA in IT or Computer Science
- Proven experience managing a portfolio or revenue of USD 45M+
- Experience leading large teams, ideally 500–1,200 employees
- A career that began in technology or engineering and progressed into senior leadership
- Senior leadership experience such as Product Head, Technology Head, Engineering Head, Delivery Head or equivalent
- Exposure across multiple domains or industries, with demonstrated adaptability
- Strong command of Excel, dashboards and management reporting
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Robust escalation management and execution discipline

Good to have

- EdTech, Digital Learning, Learning Services, Publishing, SaaS or Technology Services background
- Understanding of both Content Delivery and Technology Delivery ecosystems
- Exposure to global delivery models and multi-country stakeholder management

Compensation Compensation will be in line with industry standards for senior leadership roles and commensurate with the candidate's experience and the scale of portfolio handled.

Location

Pune. Pune-based candidates are preferred. Strong profiles from other locations who are willing to relocate to Pune will also be considered.
