Job Title: Vice President – Leasing (Luxury & Beauty)

Location: Mumbai & Delhi

Experience -10+ years’ experience in retail leasing, with a strong beauty/personal care brand network and revenue accountability for the category.

Key Responsibilities

- Luxury & Beauty Leasing Strategy & Category Planning – Define the leasing strategy and category plan across luxury brands, jewellery, watches, cosmetics, skincare, fragrance, salons and aesthetics for the Mumbai Retail District, basis catchment, footfall drivers and the district’s positioning, balancing international, homegrown and D2C brands.
- Deal Origination & Negotiation – Identify and pitch to national and international luxury, jewellery, watch and beauty brands; negotiate leave-and-licence/lease terms – rent, revenue share, CAM, tenure and fit-out obligations – to close deals against budgeted occupancy and revenue targets for the category.
- Leasing & Revenue Management – Own occupancy, rental income, renewals and vacancy for the luxury and beauty category at the Mumbai Retail District; build and track the leasing pipeline against targets and report performance to leadership.




- Brand & Trend Curation – Build a differentiated, high-quality brand mix across luxury lifestyle, jewellery, watches, premium travel, cosmetics, skincare, fragrance, salons and aesthetics – including emerging D2C and clean-beauty labels that strengthens footfall and the identity of the Mumbai Retail District, working closely with the brand partnerships function.
- Cross-Functional Coordination – Partner with asset management, design & fit-out, legal and marketing teams to ensure smooth handover, timely store fit-outs and openings, and a consistent tenant experience for luxury and beauty brands.
- Market Intelligence & Benchmarking – Track luxury, jewellery, watch, premium travel and beauty retail trends, rental benchmarks, competitor malls/districts and emerging brands in Mumbai to sharpen leasing strategy and pricing.
- Relationship Management – Build and sustain senior relationships with luxury and beauty brand principals, franchise partners, retail consultants and channel advisors to build a solid, forward-looking deal pipeline.
