We are looking for an experienced Business Finance Leader to drive financial performance, profitability, revenue management, and strategic planning for our Cash Business Unit .

? Key Responsibilities

- Lead Business Finance for the Cash Business Unit, driving revenue, EBIT and profitability targets.
- Own revenue management and revenue assurance , ensuring zero/minimal revenue leakage.
- Drive cost optimization, margin improvement and operational efficiency across the business.
- Identify and reduce financial/operational losses across IAD, Non-IAD and WLA operations.
- Monitor and manage customer SLA penalties and their financial impact.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, business planning and financial performance reviews.




- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive business transformation and financial discipline.
- Lead, mentor and develop high-performing finance teams.

? Candidate Profile
- 15+ years of experience in Business Finance / FP&A; / Commercial Finance / Revenue Assurance .
- Strong experience in P&L; management, profitability, cost optimization and revenue management .
- Experience in Payments / Banking / Financial Services preferred.
- Robust understanding of revenue leakage, financial controls and business performance.
- Excellent analytical, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Strong leadership, communication and people-management capabilities.
