About the Role

We are looking for an accomplished VP – Digital Marketing & Growth to lead the agency’s digital business, drive strategic growth, strengthen key client relationships and build high-performing teams.

The ideal candidate will bring 15+ years of experience in digital marketing, advertising and agency environments , with strong expertise in digital strategy, business growth, client leadership and integrated marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the agency’s digital marketing strategy, growth and overall business development .
- Develop integrated digital strategies across Performance Marketing, Social Media, SEO, Content, Influencer & Brand Marketing .
- Own relationships with key clients and senior/CXO stakeholders .
- Drive current business, revenue growth, client retention and account expansion .
- Lead and mentor senior teams across strategy, performance, creative and client servicing.
- Oversee campaign strategy, execution, optimisation and ROI.
- Lead new business pitches, proposals and high-value client presentations .
- Identify new digital opportunities, market trends and emerging platforms.




- Work closely with the leadership team on business planning, revenue targets, processes and growth initiatives .
- Build strategic partnerships and strengthen the agency's market presence.
- Establish KPIs and performance frameworks across teams and accounts.

What We’re Looking For
- 15+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Advertising, Media or a Digital Agency.
- Strong understanding of 360° digital marketing and integrated campaigns .
- Proven experience in business growth, client acquisition and account expansion .
- Experience managing large, cross-functional teams .
- Strong exposure to CXO-level client management and strategic consulting .
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and leadership skills.
- Strong commercial and strategic mindset with a results-oriented approach.
- Experience in the Delhi NCR/Gurugram digital agency ecosystem is an advantage.
