Role Description The Verbal Faculty will be responsible for teaching verbal ability, reading comprehension, grammar, vocabulary, and related topics for exams such as CAT, XAT, LAW, BBA, IPM, and other entrance tests. Day-to-day tasks include planning and delivering classroom sessions, creating and updating lesson plans, preparing practice questions and tests, and providing feedback and doubt clarification to learners. The role involves analyzing learner performance, conducting review sessions,



and supporting academic counseling related to verbal preparation strategies.

The Verbal

Faculty will also contribute to study material development, mock test discussions, and exam-specific workshops. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Career Launcher, Mumbai.

Qualifications

- Robust command of English language, including grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and critical reasoning.
- Proven ability to teach verbal ability for competitive exams such as CAT, XAT, LAW entrance tests, BBA, and IPM.
- Experience in classroom teaching, mentoring, or training, with effective presentation and communication skills.
- Skill in creating questions, assignments, and explanatory content tailored to entrance exam patterns.
- Comfort with academic counseling, performance analysis, and providing constructive feedback to learners.
- Ability to manage batches, maintain discipline, and foster an inclusive, learner-focused classroom environment.
- Proficiency with basic digital tools (presentations, online testing platforms, learning management systems) is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education, Management, or a related field; exposure to CAT or similar exams is preferred.
