Sharedpro Technologies is an AI platform company building AI-native products powered by Computer Vision, Audio-ML, Generative AI, and NLP. We develop creative products such as AutoPilot Interview, Emotions API, TrueFace, Emotion Quest, and Pediatric Developmental Screening.
We are looking for a Vendor Partnership Associate to strengthen our IT staffing vendor network and support our ongoing hiring requirements.
What You'll do
- Identify and onboard new IT staffing vendors with active bench resources.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors.
- Coordinate with vendors for available IT resources and candidate profiles.
- Share job requirements and ensure timely candidate submissions.
- Follow up on interviews, feedback,
and candidate joining status.
- Maintain and update the vendor database and resource pipeline.
- Monitor vendor responsiveness and overall performance.
- Expand the vendor network to support ongoing hiring requirements.
Requirements
- Experience: 0–2 years
- Good communication and relationship-building skills.
- Interest in IT recruitment, staffing, and vendor management.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn are welcome.
