Key Roles Responsibilities
- Support the team in connecting and building relationships with Hotels, Banquet Halls, Resorts, Farmhouses, Clubs, and other Venue Partners.
- Assist in Venue Onboarding, Registration,



Documentation, and Profile Setup on the company s AI-powered platform.
- Coordinate with venue representatives to collect pricing, packages, venue details, availability, images, and service information.
- Help structure and digitally present venue offerings in an organized and attractive format for clients.
- Support the Partnerships team in Venue Visits, Meetings, and Relationship Management activities.
- Coordinate internally with Sales, Operations, and Client Servicing teams for smooth venue-related execution.
- Conduct market research on venue pricing, competitor offerings, and hospitality trends.
- Maintain accuracy and quality of venue information, packages, and listings on the platform.
- Gain hands-on exposure to live event operations, venue coordination, and client expectations.
- Learn how Technology and AI are transforming the Event and Hospitality ecosystem.
