Salary: ₹12,000–₹15,000/month + Travel Allowance + Performance Incentives

About the Role

We are a wedding venue booking platform connecting customers with venues, banquet halls, hotels, resorts, and event spaces.

We are looking for a confident and target-driven Venue Acquisition & Sales Executive to acquire and onboard new venue partners across Guwahati.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit and identify potential wedding venues and event spaces.
- Meet venue owners/managers and present our platform and packages.
- Generate leads, conduct follow-ups, negotiate, and close onboarding deals.
- Onboard venues and collect required listing information, pricing, photos, and contact details.
- Sell relevant packages and services to venue partners.
- Maintain daily visit, lead, follow-up, and sales reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with venue partners.




- Achieve monthly venue acquisition and sales targets.

Requirements

- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident in meeting and speaking with business owners.
- Comfortable with field sales and regular travel across Guwahati.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Maps, and digital platforms.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred/required.
- Experience in sales, business development, hospitality, events, real estate, or field marketing is an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can also apply.
