Vendor Development / Vendor Management

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, evaluate and onboard vendors as per business/project requirements.

- Conduct technical, quality, commercial and financial assessments of vendors.

- Conduct vendor audits to assess capacity, infrastructure, processes, compliance and delivery capability.

- Evaluate vendor performance and identify development/corrective actions.

- Coordinate with Procurement, Engineering, Projects, Quality and Finance for vendor approvals.

- Maintain vendor evaluation records and approved vendor database.

Ideal Candidate:

- 5 to 9 years experience in Vendor Management, Procurement, Purchase, Engineering, QAQC, Project Execution or Supply Chain.

- Experience in vendor evaluation/audits and technical assessment.

- Valuable understanding of commercials, quality, specifications and vendor performance.

- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

- Procurement + Engineering / Purchase + Quality / Engineering + Vendor Management backgrounds preferred.
