We are hiring a dedicated and alert Fleet Tracking Executive to monitor and manage the movement of our vehicles across routes. Local candidate nearby Dankuni, Serampore, Baranagar, Dhakineshwar, Dunlop, Rishra or nearby location preferred. .

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor the movement of trucks and vehicles through GPS tracking systems.

- Ensure vehicles are following assigned routes and schedules.

- Coordinate with drivers to provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery.

- Maintain real-time records of trip status, delays, and route deviations.

- Report daily movement status to the operations team and management.

- Assist in planning productive routes based on delivery timelines and traffic patterns.

- Maintain communication logs and incident reports related to fleet operations.

- Ensure vehicle documentation (LRs,



E-Way Bills, PODs) is tracked and updated.

- Identify and report irregularities such as unauthorized stops, route changes, or delays.

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of GPS tracking systems and fleet management tools.

- Excellent communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to handle pressure and work in a high-demand environment.

- Basic understanding of transport documentation and logistics operations.

- Familiarity with Excel and tracking software.

Qualifications:

- 1-3 years of relevant experience in fleet tracking or transport coordination.
