- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Veeva CRM / Salesforce.
- Strong experience in Salesforce development and administration.
- Robust understanding of Veeva CRM Commercial Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Veeva Events Management and Event Business Rules.
- Strong knowledge of Apex, Salesforce Flow, REST APIs, SOQL, and Salesforce configuration.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and third-party systems.
- Experience with Data Loader and Workbench.
- Experience working with Jira and Agile methodology.
- Strong understanding of Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical CRM processes.
- Good communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder-management skills. "Salesforce & Veeva Certification are mandatory"
