Neelmay is a 5 year-old marketing agency that has worked across brand strategy for leading businesses.

Now, we're building our biggest IP - Foosball Corporate League (FCL) - an initiative to make foosball India's next corporate and community sport through cafs, breweries, corporate leagues, schools, and national championships.

We're looking for someone who loves meeting people, understands hospitality, and can turn partner venues into thriving FCL communities.

Your Mission

Be the face of FCL across partner venues. Build strong relationships with club owners and staff, ensure every table looks premium, and create experiences that keep people coming back to play.

Key Responsibilities (KRA)

Venue Relationship Management

- Build and maintain relationships with caf, brewery, hotel, and club owners.
- Coordinate with venue managers and floor staff.
- Ensure every partner feels supported and engaged.

- Community Engagement
- Interact with players on-ground.
- Encourage participation and repeat visits and maintain revenue benchmark.
- Collect customer feedback and testimonials.
- Build local FCL communities around each venue.

Event Ready
- Coordinate caf tournaments and Spin-Off Nights.
- Manage venue setup before every event.




- Ensure branding, jerseys, trophies, and experiences are executed perfectly.

Table Operations
- Conduct regular venue visits.
- Inspect table condition and branding.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs.
- Ensure tables are always match-ready.

Marketing Coordination
- Share on-ground insights with the marketing team.
- Suggest new engagement ideas and activations.
- Identify influencer and creator opportunities at venues.

Who We're Looking For
- 1–3 years in hospitality, events, hotels, clubs, or F&B.;
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Comfortable travelling across Delhi NCR.
- Problem-solving mindset.
- Weekend event availability.
- Passion for sports and community building is a bonus.

Success in Your First 90 Days
- Build relationships across all partner venues.
- Ensure 100% of FCL tables remain event-ready.
- Successfully execute caf and brewery activations.
- Increase repeat player participation through community engagement.
- Become the go-to person for every FCL venue partner.
