Role Description This is a full-time, on-site VBA Developer role based in the Pune Division. The VBA Developer will design, develop, and maintain VBA-based applications, macros, and automation solutions to support data processing and reporting workflows.

Responsibilities include building and optimizing Visual Basic code, validating and transforming survey data, and integrating automation with existing tools and dashboards. The role involves troubleshooting and resolving software issues, documenting solutions,



and collaborating with data scientists, researchers, and UI teams to ensure accurate and efficient data handling. The developer will also contribute to performance improvements, quality assurance, and adherence to confidentiality and data security standards.

Qualifications

- Strong Programming and Visual Basic skills, including experience developing and maintaining VBA solutions.
- Proficiency in Macro creation and Software Development for data automation and reporting workflows.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills for interpreting requirements, validating data, and optimizing code and processes.
- Experience with data processing, ETL, or business intelligence tools is beneficial.
- Solid understanding of database concepts (e.g., SQL, relational databases) is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work methodically, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a team-oriented environment.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills and a commitment to confidentiality and data security.
