Candidate Profile
We are seeking candidates with strong experience in:
- IT Delivery
- IT Transitions
- Change Management
Preference will be given to candidates from IT GCCs, while also considering strong change management professionals from the BFSI sector. For candidates with IT Delivery or IT Transition backgrounds, we are specifically looking for professionals from:
- Capital Markets or Banking GCCs, or
- Large third-party IT services organizations with a robust IT PMO background.
