- Supervise and manage daily vacuum forming production activities as per production plans and schedules.
- Operate and monitor vacuum forming machines, ensuring proper machine settings and process parameters.
- Allocate work to operators and ensure effective utilization of manpower.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining required quality standards.
- Monitor sheet heating, forming, cooling, trimming, and other process parameters.
- Identify and troubleshoot common machine, mould, and process-related issues.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of moulds, dies, sheets, finished components, and scrap materials.
- Conduct regular inspection of products and ensure defects are identified and controlled.
- Maintain production records, rejection reports, downtime records, and other required documents.
- Ensure compliance with 5S, safety procedures,



PPE requirements, and housekeeping standards on the shop floor.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Tool Room, and other departments to resolve production-related issues.
- Train and guide operators on machine operation, process requirements, quality standards, and safety practices.
- Monitor material consumption and minimize rejection, scrap, and process wastage.
- Ensure machines, moulds, tools, and work areas are maintained in proper condition.
- Report daily production status, manpower issues, quality problems, and machine breakdowns to the Production Manager.
