Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Valet Operations role based in Bengaluru.

The Valet

Operations team member will greet guests, manage vehicle drop-off and pick-up, and ensure safe, efficient parking in designated areas. The role involves coordinating valet movements, maintaining accurate records of vehicle details, tickets, and keys, and following standard operating procedures for security and safety. The team member will assist with traffic flow at the property, respond to guest queries,



and communicate clearly with drivers, facility staff, and ParkSmart’s operations team. The role also includes supporting basic administrative tasks related to daily valet operations and contributing to a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to deliver a positive parking experience.
- Candidates should possess practical Valet Parking experience, including secure driving, vehicle handling, and adherence to operating procedures.
- Candidates should possess clear Communication skills for interacting with guests, colleagues, and on-site management.
- Candidates should possess basic Administration skills for managing tickets, vehicle logs, and key handling processes.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and experience driving a variety of vehicles.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, including weekends, evenings, and peak hours as required.
- Professional, courteous demeanor and the ability to remain calm in high-traffic situations.
- Prior experience in hospitality, parking operations, or facilities management is an advantage.
