The UX Designer should come with a strong UX portfolio who would be touching upon all aspects of a UX & UI, from understanding & defining problem areas and its requirements, to defining design strategy and help create user centric design experience to resolve problem areas. Strong with Figma, Design System, creating prototypes Eye for detailing and designing catering to the required personas. Well aware with UX research and current Design trends in BFSI and in general.

The roles and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:

 Proven experience as a UX Designer, with a solid portfolio to back it.

 Understand product specifications and user psychology.

 Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback.

 Create personas through user research and data.

 Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs

 Creative UX problem solving ability (e.g., usability, findability)

 Abreast of competitor products and industry trends

 Define Information architecture, user flows and take them through stakeholders.



 Expert with design/wireframing tools Figma.



 Analytical mind with a business acumen

 Managing multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders.

 Work collaboratively with dev team for UX design handover.

 Communicate to executives, peers, and staff with impact,



eloquence, and authenticity.

 Build relationships, partnering with and influencing dependent teams while commanding

Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture

Strong understanding of Design System, component, variables the respect of the individuals you work with across the organization

3: Key Challenges ( List the key tasks performed to support the main objectives of the positions )

Should be able to understand the design requirements and help create user centric digital designs, evaluate problem areas and propose UX and UI solutions to resolve them.

Should be an analytical and creative who is able to grasp user needs and solve probl ems.

Ultimately, you will make our product more user-friendly and intuitive to attract and retain customers.

You’ll also need the ability to coordinate people and projects (occasionally facilitating changes)

with your mind set on deliverables. If you’re a robust communicator and knows how to work in a agile environment, we’d like to meet you.

4: Decision Making Authority (Describes the type of decisions made alone, those on which the manager must be consulted, those referred to a higher level, and job procedures to be followed ).

Manage and work on multiple project deliveries and collaborate with teams (internal and vendors).





Would estimate and own up UX deliveries and his deliveries with all support from his manager.
