Job Overview

As a UX Designer at In Time Tec, you will shape user-centered digital experiences across web, mobile, and AI-powered products. Youll own design strategy end-to-end - from research and systems thinking to prototyping and delivery - and partner closely with product, engineering, and AI/ML teams to design experiences that are intuitive, inclusive, scalable, and increasingly shaped by intelligent, adaptive interfaces.

This role sits at the intersection of traditional UX craft and the current demands of designing for AI-native products: agentic workflows, conversational and multimodal interfaces, and human-AI collaboration patterns.

Responsibilities

Design Leadership & Strategy

- Lead end-to-end UX design processes, from discovery and research through ideation, prototyping, and final delivery.
- Translate business goals and user needs into user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Define and communicate design strategy, using AI-assisted research synthesis and rapid prototyping tools to accelerate iteration cycles.

Research & Insights

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to gather qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Use AI-powered research and analytics tools (e.g., sentiment analysis, session replay, synthetic user testing) to complement traditional research methods and surface insights faster.
- Apply data-informed design decisions, balancing behavioral analytics with human judgment.

Designing for AI-Native Experiences

- Design UX patterns for AI-driven features: conversational interfaces, copilots, agentic workflows, generative content surfaces, and adaptive/personalized experiences.
- Establish trust, transparency, and explainability patterns for AI-generated outputs (confidence indicators, human-in-the-loop controls,



error/correction states).
- Collaborate with AI/ML and engineering teams to design for uncertainty, latency, and non-deterministic system behavior - a core shift from traditional deterministic UI design.

Accessibility & Inclusion

- Champion inclusive design and ensure compliance with current accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2/3.0 and evolving AI-accessibility guidelines).
- Design for diverse input modalities - voice, gesture, multimodal, and assistive technologies.

Design Systems

- Build, scale, and maintain design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across products and platforms.
- Incorporate AI-assisted design system tooling (auto-generated variants, token-based theming, design-to-code pipelines) to improve efficiency and consistency.

Stakeholder Communication & Mentorship

- Present design strategy, rationale, and outcomes to stakeholders, backed by user insights and data.
- Mentor and guide other designers; foster a culture of experimentation, critique, and continuous learning around emerging tools and methods.

Skills Required
- Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma, including Figma AI/Dev Mode, Sketch, Adobe XD/Firefly, or equivalent) and rapid AI-assisted prototyping tools.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking, systems-level problem solving, and measurable UX impact - including any experience designing AI-integrated or data-driven products.




- Solid grounding in information architecture, interaction design, and visual design principles.
- Ability to create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity, production-ready designs.
- Working knowledge of AI/ML-driven UX patterns: conversational UI, generative interfaces, personalization, and human-AI trust design.
- Comfort using AI copilots (e.g., Figma AI, Uizard, Galileo, or similar generative design tools) to accelerate ideation and iteration without compromising design quality.
- Proven ability to mentor, guide, and inspire other designers.
- Strong awareness of current and emerging UX/UI trends, tools, and methodologies - particularly the evolving role of AI in the design process itself.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills to align cross-functional teams around user-centered, AI-augmented product decisions.

Good to Have
- Familiarity with agile development practices and cross-functional product team collaboration.
- Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) and design-to-code workflows.
- Exposure to prompt design or "AI UX" - crafting effective prompts and interaction flows for LLM-powered features.
- Experience with motion design, micro-interactions, or spatial/3D interface design (AR/VR, mixed reality).
- Familiarity with responsible AI/ethical design principles - bias mitigation, transparency, and user consent in AI-driven experiences.
- Basic understanding of voice UX and multimodal design (voice + visual + gesture).
