Role Description

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with 4+ years of experience who can independently handle the complete design lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have strong banking/fintech domain experience, excellent visual design skills, and exposure to AI-powered products and design tools.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design web and mobile applications across the complete UI/UX lifecycle.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Design intuitive experiences for banking, payments, lending, dashboards, and financial workflows.
- Build and maintain design systems and reusable UI components.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA, and Business teams.
- Conduct user research and usability testing when required.
- Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and developer-ready.
- Review implemented designs and ensure consistency with approved UI.
- Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders.

Required Skills:





- 4+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design.
- Strong experience in banking, fintech, payments, lending, or financial services.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered design and productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Figma AI, Adobe Firefly, or similar tools.
- Understanding of designing AI-powered products, AI assistants, chat interfaces, and AI-driven workflows.
- Ability to use AI effectively for research, ideation, prototyping, and design workflows.
- Strong understanding of UX, interaction design, visual design, and responsive design.
- Experience with design systems and component libraries.
- Strong portfolio showcasing real-world digital products.
- Good understanding of HTML/CSS and ability to collaborate with developers.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Valuable to Have:

- Experience with BaaS, embedded finance, digital banking, cards, or payment platforms.
- Understanding of accessibility and WCAG guidelines.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience designing enterprise or B2B SaaS products.
