Role & responsibilities

Answer incoming calls (inbound) or make outbound calls to international clients.

Listen to customer issues and provide transparent solutions.

Handle billing, accounts, or technical support queries.

Maintain high customer satisfaction scores.

Update customer details and notes accurately in the system software

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 6 Months of international BPO or voice process experience is strongly preferred.

Clear, fluent, and neutral or near-neutral accent with strong listening comprehension.

Empathy, patience, and the ability to de-escalate customer concerns quickly.
