US Truck Dispatcher – IN-PERSON NIGHT SHIFT – 2+ Years Experience

We are hiring an experienced US Truck Dispatcher for a FULL-TIME, IN-PERSON NIGHT SHIFT position at our office in Adampur, Punjab.

THIS IS NOT A WORK-FROM-HOME OR REMOTE POSITION.

Applicants must be able to work from our Adampur office during night hours aligned with U.S. business hours.

Minimum Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on U.S. truck dispatch experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience booking loads and negotiating freight rates
- Strong experience using DAT and Truckstop
- Proven ability to call U.S. freight brokers and negotiate rates
- Able to independently search, evaluate, negotiate, and book loads
- Good understanding of U.S. freight lanes and trucking markets
- Positive spoken and written English
- Comfortable communicating directly with U.S. brokers and drivers
- Must be available to work NIGHT SHIFT
- Must work IN PERSON at our Adampur, Punjab office

Responsibilities
- Search for suitable loads using DAT and Truckstop
- Contact U.S. freight brokers regarding available loads
- Negotiate competitive freight rates
- Evaluate loads based on rate, miles, truck location, equipment, timing, destination, and market
- Book and confirm loads independently
- Review rate confirmations and load details
- Coordinate pickup and delivery information with drivers
- Communicate with brokers regarding appointments, updates, delays, and other load-related issues
- Maintain accurate records of booked loads





Important This is NOT a fresher or trainee position.

We are specifically looking for someone with real hands-on experience booking loads and negotiating rates with U.S. freight brokers.
