We are looking for a US Technical Headhunter who knows how to find great tech talent, not through job portals, but through LinkedIn, networking, and smart passive sourcing .

What You will Be Working On
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT Leadership positions
- Recruit for Software Engineering & Development roles
- Work on AI/ML, Generative AI & LLM positions
- Source candidates for specialized roles such as NLP Applied Scientist & AI/ML Research Engineer
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter extensively for candidate identification, engagement, and sourcing
- Build and maintain strong passive candidate pipelines
- Conduct advanced Boolean searches and talent mapping
- Engage with candidates through LinkedIn, calls, emails, and other sourcing channels
- Understand technical requirements and identify candidates who genuinely match the role
- Work closely with hiring teams/account managers to understand requirements and deliver qualified profiles
- Manage candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle
What We are Looking For
Must Have:
- 5+ years of experience as a US IT Headhunter
- Hands-on experience recruiting for Software Engineering / Development roles
- Experience with AI/ML, AI Engineering, LLM or GenAI hiring
- Exposure to Applied Scientist and/or Research Scientist hiring
- Strong LinkedIn sourcing experience
- Proven experience with passive candidate recruitment
- Strong understanding of the US IT recruitment market
- Excellent sourcing, screening, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements
