Zanta Tech is looking for a confident and professional US Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls with US-based clients and prospects. The ideal candidate should have excellent spoken English, a explicit and natural American accent, strong communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to US-based clients and prospects.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries professionally.
- Communicate clearly with a strong, natural US accent.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephone conversations.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule meetings, demos, and appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate call records and update CRM systems.
- Handle objections professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Meet daily and monthly call and performance targets.
- Follow established calling scripts,
processes, and quality standards.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in US telecalling, international calling, inside sales, or customer support.
- Strong and clear American accent is required.
- Excellent spoken English and strong conversational skills.
- Comfortable communicating with US customers across different time zones.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to handle objections and difficult conversations professionally.
- Good listening, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with CRM and calling platforms is preferred.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Candidates with experience in B2B calling, technology, healthcare, or SaaS will be preferred.
