We are looking for a confident and motivated US Tax Associate Calling & Payments to join our US Taxation team. The role involves communicating with US clients, following up on tax documents and pending payments, and coordinating with the internal tax preparation team to ensure timely completion of client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make inbound and outbound calls to US clients regarding tax-related requirements.
- Follow up with clients for pending tax documents and information.
- Contact clients regarding outstanding or pending payments.
- Explain payment requirements and assist clients with the payment process.
- Maintain accurate records of client conversations, follow-ups, and payment status.
- Coordinate with the US Tax Preparation Team regarding client requirements.
- Follow up regularly on pending documents, payments, and client responses.
- Handle client queries professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of client and financial information.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.
Requirements:
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Excellent English communication and telephone etiquette.
- Comfortable speaking with US clients over the phone.
- Good listening, follow-up, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers, email, and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and meet daily targets.
- Candidates interested in the US Taxation/Accounting domain are preferred.
- Previous experience in international voice process, collections, customer support, or US taxation is an advantage.
