Job Title: Senior Accountant (CA/Inter CA/CMA Qualified)

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare and review financial statements and reports by US GAAP.

· Ensure accurate ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and month-end close.

· Oversee accounts receivable/payable and manage banking transactions.

· Liaise with clients and internal teams to resolve accounting issues and queries.

· Contribute to process improvements and implementation of best practices in accounting.

· Prepare and process invoices, journal entries, and expense reports.

· Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including account reconciliations and financial reporting.

· Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

· Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.

· Verify the accuracy of financial transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and US GAAP.





· Provide support for audits and ensure all necessary documentation is available.

· Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting discrepancies and improve financial processes.

· Assist in the development and implementation of new accounting policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

· CA qualified, Inter CA Qualified , CMA qualified

· Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.

· Experience with US accounting standards or working with international clients is a plus.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software, QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, and Sage.

· Excellent attention to detail, organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Eagerness to learn and grow within the accounting field.
