Role: US Staffing HR – Core Recruitment, IT Hiring

Location: Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad – On-site

Experience: 2-5 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time (6.30PM to 3.30AM)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Qualified with strong expertise in core recruitment, IT hiring. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing the complete employee lifecycle Recruitment while ensuring smooth HR operations

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end IT recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.

Handle hiring for IT, technical, corporate, and support roles.

Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.

Conduct initial screening, interviews, salary discussions, and offer coordination.

Ensure employees follow company policies, attendance, leave,



working-hours, and workplace guidelines.

Manage onboarding, documentation, background verification, and employee records.

Manage employee Onboarding & exit process.

Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Required Skills

Strong IT & Core Recruitment experience.

Experience with end-to-end hiring and employee lifecycle management.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

Experience in HR Policies is an added advantage.

Willing to work for US Timing, Need to Manage Travelling
