Key Responsibilities

- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for US-based requirements.

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to interview coordination.

- Work closely with clients and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.

- Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with clients.

- Prepare and coach candidates for client interviews.

- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines through multiple sourcing channels.

- Understand and work with different employment types and US work authorizations.

Key Requirements





- 2–5 years of experience in US Recruitment / US Staffing.

- Strong knowledge of US recruitment processes and hiring practices.

- Experience using job portals such as

Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter

, and other sourcing platforms.

- Strong understanding of

W2, C2C, 1099

, and US work authorization types.

- Excellent sourcing, screening, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a target-driven environment.

- Experience working with direct clients and Fortune 500 clients is preferred.

- Knowledge of

Engineering / Automotive recruitment will be an added advantage.
