Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to US prospects and potential clients
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments
- Follow up with prospects via calls and emails
- Understand client requirements and pitch company services
- Maintain lead status, call records, and CRM updates
- Coordinate with internal teams to support business closures

Preferred Profile:

- Experience in US Sales, Telecalling, Cold Calling, Inside Sales, or Lead Generation




- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Robust phone presence and persuasive communication abilities
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated
- Experience with CRM or sales tools is an added advantage

Added Advantage:

- US Staffing Sales or IT Sales experience
- Appointment Setting and B2B Lead Generation exposure
- Immediate Joiners / Short Notice Candidates
