Shift Timings: US Business Hours (Indian Night Shift)
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturdays as needed)
Experience: 1–3 Years (US Process, Operations, BPO/KPO, HR, or Billing)
What You Will Do
- US Client & Team Communication: Speak with US clients and internal team members via phone calls, emails, and texts to handle daily queries.
- HR & Onboarding Support: Help manage employee onboarding, process documentation, and staff exits.
- Billing & Authorizations: Review backend records, track authorizations, and assist with billing and payment activities.
- Reports & Tracking: Keep operational dashboards and daily reports updated with high accuracy.
- Process Coordination: Work closely with team members to ensure all daily tasks meet compliance deadlines.
What We Are Looking For
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years of experience in US processes, operations, customer support, healthcare, or BPO.
- Solid English Skills: Clear spoken and written English for professional daily communication with US clients.
- Computer Savvy: Comfortable using MS Excel, web-based tools, and managing reports.
- Detail-Oriented: Great at organizing files, double-checking data accuracy, and meeting deadlines.
- Night Shift Ready: Fully available to work US business hours (Night Shift) from our Mohali office.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
