US Outbound Appointment Setter – Night Shift

Shift: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST | Monday–Friday

Employment Type: 90-Day Contract-to-Hire

About the Role

Precise Rebar is looking for an experienced US Outbound Appointment Setter to connect with US-based businesses, reach decision-makers, and generate qualified sales appointments. Training on the company, industry, calling process, and scripts will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

- Make 60+ outbound calls per day to US-based businesses.
- Connect with business owners, Chief Estimators, Detailing Managers, and other decision-makers.
- Handle gatekeepers, introduce the company, and generate qualified appointments.
- Target 2+ qualified appointments per week.
- Maintain accurate call, follow-up, and appointment records in the CRM.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of US outbound voice calling experience. Freshers are not eligible.
- Experience in B2B SDR, international BPO,



US healthcare/insurance, SaaS, or similar outbound roles.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Non-graduates with 3+ years of relevant experience may be considered.
- Excellent spoken English and confident communication skills.
- Comfortable working the 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST shift.

Compensation ₹60,000 CTC/month fixed + ₹5,000 per appointment that actually holds.

For proven US-outbound experts with a verifiable track record, compensation may be considered up to ₹1,00,000 CTC/month.
