Precise Rebar is looking for an experienced US Outbound Appointment Setter to support our business development efforts in the US market. The role involves high-volume outbound calling to US businesses, engaging key decision-makers, qualifying prospects, and scheduling qualified appointments.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in US outbound voice calling, strong communication skills, confidence in handling gatekeepers and objections, and the ability to consistently work toward appointment-setting targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make 60+ outbound calls per day to US-based businesses.
- Connect with business owners, Chief Estimators, Detailing Managers, and other relevant decision-makers.
- Effectively handle gatekeepers and overcome common cold-calling objections.
- Identify, engage, and qualify potential prospects.
- Schedule a minimum of 2 qualified appointments per week.
- Maintain accurate prospect details, call notes, follow-ups, and activities in the CRM.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an organized pipeline.
- Meet daily and weekly calling and appointment-setting targets.
- Communicate professionally and represent Precise Rebar effectively during all prospect interactions.

Required Skills

- Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
- Proven US outbound voice-calling experience.




- Strong B2B cold-calling and lead-generation skills.
- Good appointment-setting and prospect-qualification abilities.
- Confident gatekeeper handling and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to communicate with business owners and senior decision-makers.
- Good CRM usage and documentation skills.
- Strong listening, follow-up, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and consistent approach.
- Comfortable working during US business hours / night-shift schedule.

Eligibility

- Minimum 2 years of relevant US-facing outbound voice experience.
- Candidates from B2B SDR, international BPO outbound, US healthcare, insurance, SaaS, or similar US outbound voice roles are preferred.
- Freshers are not eligible.
- Any graduate with a Bachelors degree can apply.
- Non-graduates may be considered only with 3+ years of relevant US outbound voice experience.
- Work from home will be considered only for candidates with a proven and verifiable US outbound track record.

Compensation & Employment

- Fixed CTC: 60,000 per month
- Performance Incentive: 5,000 for each qualified appointment that actually holds
- Earning Potential: Up to 1,00,000 CTC/month for proven experts with a verifiable US outbound track record
- Employment: 90-day contract-to-hire
- Continued employment after the contract period will be based on performance and business requirements.
