Role Description This full-time, in office US Mortgage role is based in Bengaluru. The role involves supporting end-to-end mortgage processes, including loan file review, documentation verification, and data entry in line with US mortgage guidelines and compliance standards.

Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, tracking loan status, updating systems, and helping resolve any issues that arise during processing, underwriting, closing, and post-closing activities. The role also includes communicating clearly and professionally with stakeholders,



assisting in mortgage marketing activities where required, and maintaining accurate records and reports. Team members are expected to follow defined workflows, meet productivity and quality targets, and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Mortgages and Mortgage Lending, including basic understanding of US mortgage processes and terminology.
- Candidates should possess Mortgage Marketing and Customer Service skills to support client-facing activities and deliver a positive borrower and stakeholder experience.
- Candidates should possess Finance-related skills, such as numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret financial documents.
- Candidates should possess clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with MS Office tools and mortgage or financial software platforms; experience in US mortgage operations or BPO/KPO settings is an advantage.
- Candidates should possess solid organizational and time-management abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications or training in mortgage or financial services are beneficial.
