Innovee Consulting is hiring a hands-on US IT Technical Recruiter to source, screen, and submit candidates for IT staffing opportunities with US clients. We are looking for someone who has already worked on US IT requirements and can independently manage the recruiting process from receiving a requirement through candidate submission and interview coordination.

This role requires 4+ years of relevant US IT staffing experience and working the US night shift from India. Experience recruiting for US state or local government clients is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

- Work with the US team to understand technical requirements, required skills, work arrangements, rates, and submission deadlines.
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, existing databases, and direct outreach.
- Screen candidates for technical fit, relevant project experience, communication skills, location, availability, work authorization, and compensation expectations.
- Explain the role and employment terms to candidates, confirm their interest, and obtain the documents and information needed for submission.
- Prepare accurate candidate submissions, including resume summaries and responses to client-specific requirements.




- Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and maintain regular communication with candidates through offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate candidate and activity records in the applicant tracking system.
- Build relationships with qualified IT professionals for current and future openings.

Required qualifications

- 4+ years of hands-on US IT staffing experience as a technical recruiter. Candidates without US IT staffing experience will not be considered.
- Demonstrated experience sourcing and screening candidates for a range of IT roles.
- Familiarity with US work authorization categories, employment arrangements, pay rates, and common recruiting practices.
- Strong candidate outreach, screening, follow-up, and written and spoken English communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet submission deadlines independently.
- Ability to work the US night shift from India.

Preferred: Experience recruiting for US state, local, or education (SLED) clients, including roles with client-specific submission requirements.
