We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven US IT Recruiter to join our staffing team. The recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for US-based IT clients, working closely with hiring managers to fulfill contract and full-time requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Source IT professionals using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
- Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews
- Match candidate profiles with client requirements
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients
- Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models
- Understand and manage US visa classifications (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC)
- Maintain accurate records in ATS
- Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ year of experience in US IT recruitment
- Solid knowledge of IT skills and technologies
- Hands-on experience with Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in US time zones
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
