Roles & Responsibilities

- Source IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.

- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.

- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, work authorization, and job requirements.

- Conduct initial candidate interviews and assess communication skills.

- Explain job opportunities, requirements, compensation, and work locations to candidates.

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

- Build and maintain a robust candidate database.

- Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, offers, and joining status.

- Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment records.

- Work closely with the recruitment team to achieve daily and monthly hiring targets.

- Develop knowledge of the US IT staffing and recruitment market.
