Cybrty Inc is a US IT and cybersecurity company based in Current Jersey. We place IT consultants with US State Government clients. Requirements come in fast, and we need recruiters who can move just as fast.

This is a fully remote contract role. You will work US Eastern Time hours.

What you will do

- Source and screen IT candidates for US State Government requirements
- Submit strong, accurate profiles within hours of a requirement landing
- Use LinkedIn, Dice, job boards and our VMS portals
- Check skills, work authorization, rate and availability before you submit
- Keep candidates warm through interviews and onboarding

What we need from you

- 2+ years recruiting for US IT staffing
- US State or public sector staffing experience is a big plus
- Clear understanding of W2 hiring. We submit on W2 only. No C2C and no 1099.
- Willing to work US Eastern Time hours
- Strong spoken and written English
- Your own laptop and reliable internet
