We are looking to hire graduates with excellent English communication skills who can confidently communicate with IT professionals and consultants in the USA .
The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with candidates, understanding their technical backgrounds, updating resumes, coordinating interviews, and supporting the recruitment process through successful placement.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with IT professionals and consultants in the USA through phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Understand candidates' technical skills, experience, project background, and career requirements.
- Source and identify suitable IT candidates for various technology positions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with IT consultants and candidates.
- Review and update candidate resumes according to job requirements.
- Coordinate with candidates to collect required information and documentation.
- Search for suitable job opportunities and submit qualified candidates to clients/vendors.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and hiring process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment status.
- Work toward successful candidate placement and onboarding .
- Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills .
- Good confidence in speaking with professionals from the USA .
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Good understanding of computers, MS Office, email, and internet-based tools.
- Ability to understand technical job descriptions and candidate resumes.
- Solid follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to learn US IT recruitment processes .
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Qualification
- Any Graduate degree.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in US IT Recruitment / Staffing / Talent Acquisition is an advantage but not mandatory.

- Comfortable working with US time zones/night shifts , if required.
