Role Description This full-time, on-site US IT Recruiter Sales role is based in Rajarhat and operates in a night shift to support the US process. The role involves handling the full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals. The recruiter will coordinate interviews, negotiate compensation, and manage offers while maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients.

Daily responsibilities include collaborating closely with the sales and account management teams to understand client requirements, prioritizing open positions, and ensuring timely delivery of qualified candidates. The role also requires maintaining accurate recruitment records, meeting performance targets, and contributing to a professional, inclusive workplace environment.

Candidates should possess skills in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting.

Strong understanding of US staffing practices, time zones, and employment terms (W2, C2C, 1099).

Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.

Proven experience working in night shifts or supporting US-based processes is preferred.

Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace, manage multiple requisitions, and meet targets and deadlines.

Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), major job boards, and professional networking platforms.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is beneficial.
