Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter to manage the full recruitment life cycle for IT requirements in the US market. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of US staffing processes, visa classifications, and hands-on experience sourcing candidates through various job portals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle the end-to-end US recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements for US-based clients.
- Source and screen IT professionals using job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Understand and validate US work authorization statuses, including H1B, Green Card, US Citizen, OPT, and CPT.
- Coordinate with account managers, sales teams,



and candidates to ensure smooth recruitment processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and candidate records.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 2 - 7 years of proven experience in US IT Staffing / Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the US recruitment life cycle.
- In-depth knowledge of US visa classifications (H1B, GC, US Citizen, OPT, CPT).
- Hands-on experience with job portals: Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced workplace.
- Willingness to work US business hours (Night Shift).
