Position: US IT Recruiter

Location: ONSITE / Sec 49, Gurugram Haryana

Shift Time: 6.30 pm to 3.30 am Indian Time (Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-End Recruitment: Source, screen, interview, and onboard IT professionals.
- Strategic Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder.
- Compliance: Validate US work authorizations (H1B, GC, USC, TN) and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
- Technical Screening: Assess skills in software development, cloud, data, and cybersecurity.
- Negotiation: Manage salary/rate negotiations and closing procedures.

Basic Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of recruitment portals like Monster, Indeed, Dice, CareerBuilder
- Familiarity with US work visas (OPT, CPT, H1B, TN, H4 EAD, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
