Key Responsibilities

- Handle the complete recruitment life cycle for US IT requirements.
- Analyze client requirements and identify suitable candidates within specified timelines.
- Source candidates through Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, CEIPAL, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate client interviews.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Build and maintain a solid pipeline of qualified consultants and candidates.
- Work on W2, C2C, 1099, and Full-Time requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Build long-term relationships with candidates for future opportunities.
- Update and maintain candidate records in ATS systems.




- Collaborate closely with Account Managers, Delivery Leads, and Business Development teams to ensure successful placements.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment goals.

Required Skills

- 1-5 years of experience in US Staffing Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the US Staffing industry and recruitment processes.
- Experience working with Direct Clients and Implementation Partners.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools such as Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, and Indeed.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of US tax terms, employment types, and staffing models.
- Experience working on multiple client requirements simultaneously.
