Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US-based technology positions. The recruiter will source, screen, qualify, and coordinate candidates while working closely with hiring managers and clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Source IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
- Handle full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screening.
- Understand technical requirements and match candidates to suitable positions.
- Work on contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire positions.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate information and recruitment activity in ATS/CRM systems.
- Negotiate rates, compensation, and offer details when required.
- Ensure candidates meet job requirements, work authorization, and other client criteria.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.




- Follow up regularly with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.

Required Skills
- 4+ year of experience in US IT Staffing/Recruitment.
- Robust knowledge of US IT recruiting processes.
- Experience with technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, Cloud, Data, QA, etc.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and US job portals.
- Good understanding of US work authorization types such as H-1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and US Citizen.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in US time zones and meet recruitment targets.
- Strong follow-up, sourcing, and candidate-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with MSP/VMS clients.
- Knowledge of tax terms such as W2, C2C, and 1099.
- Experience with ATS/CRM platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
