Role Description

AevumX is seeking motivated and enthusiastic freshers to join our U.S. IT Recruitment team. This is an entry-level, hands-on recruitment role offering an opportunity to build a career in U.S. IT staffing and talent acquisition.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in recruiting technical professionals for the U.S. market. Candidates will receive hands-on exposure to U.S. IT recruitment, C2C, W2 staffing, candidate sourcing, screening, and recruitment delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the end-to-end U.S. IT recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, submission, interview coordination, and follow-up.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, and professional networks.
- Understand technical job requirements and identify relevant candidates based on skills and experience.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and collect information related to technical skills, experience, work authorization, availability, and rates.
- Learn and work with C2C, W2, 1099, and other U.S. staffing models.




- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and upcoming technical requirements.
- Coordinate with senior recruiters and the delivery team to understand requirements and recruitment priorities.
- Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity within the ATS.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and interview process.
- Develop and maintain skilled relationships with candidates and consultants.
- Learn U.S. staffing practices, sourcing techniques, Boolean search, candidate qualification, and recruitment best practices.
- Work toward daily and monthly recruitment targets while maintaining candidate quality.

Qualifications & Skills

- Freshers with a Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Willingness to work in the U.S. night shift.
- Strong interest in U.S. IT recruitment and the staffing industry.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strong learning ability and willingness to develop recruitment expertise.
- Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, LinkedIn, and internet research.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple candidates and requirements.
- Prior U.S. IT recruitment experience is not required.
- Candidates must be available to attend an onsite interview in Madhapur, Hyderabad.
- Remote or virtual interview requests will not be considered.
