Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and placement.
- Source qualified IT candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
- Recruit candidates for technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, Data Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, QA, Salesforce, and other IT roles.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, work authorization, location, availability, and compensation expectations.
- Work with hiring managers and account managers to understand job requirements and submit suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, negotiate rates/salaries, and support the onboarding process.




- Maintain an active candidate pipeline and accurate recruitment records.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

- Experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing preferred.
- Positive understanding of US employment types such as W2, C2C, and 1099 .
- Familiarity with US work authorizations and common IT technologies.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and major job portals is preferred.
- Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple requirements, and meet hiring targets.
