Role Description The US IT Recruiter is a full-time hybrid role based in Mumbai, with a mix of in-office and work-from-home flexibility. This position is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for US-based IT roles, including sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and internal databases. Day-to-day activities include coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, aligning requirements with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth hiring process from initial contact to offer acceptance.

The US IT Recruiter will also maintain accurate recruitment records, support workforce planning,



and contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting strategies and employer branding.

Qualifications

- Solid Full-life Cycle Recruiting experience, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing support, and offer management.
- Hands-on IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting skills, with the ability to understand and assess a wide range of IT roles and technologies.
- Proficiency in Recruiting and Hiring processes, including use of applicant tracking systems (ATS), job portals, and professional networking platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build inclusive candidate relationships across time zones.
- Experience recruiting for US markets, including understanding of US work culture and hiring practices; prior agency or in-house experience is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines in a hybrid work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and demonstrate a commitment to fair, non-discriminatory hiring practices.
