Role Overview

We are looking for a driven US IT/Non-IT Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for our US-based client requirements and internal growth. You will source, screen, and close candidates across technical and non-technical roles, working closely with account managers and hiring stakeholders to meet time-to-fill and quality-of-hire targets. The ideal candidate has prior recruitment experience in a SaaS or B2B environment and is comfortable working across US time zones.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for US-based IT and Non-IT requirements — sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closure.
- Source candidates through job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn), Boolean search, referrals, and internal databases.
- Understand client requirements in detail and map technical/functional skill sets accurately to job requirements.




- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess technical fit, communication skills, and work authorization (W2, C2C, 1099, etc.).
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers/clients across US time zones and follow up through offer and onboarding.
- Negotiate rates/compensation with candidates and vendors, ensuring alignment with client budgets and margins.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate status, pipeline, and submission details.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for recurring and future requirements.
- Collaborate with account managers/bench sales to understand client priorities and align sourcing strategy.
- Track and report recruitment metrics such as submissions, interviews, offers, and closures on a weekly basis.

Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience as a US IT/Non-IT Recruiter, handling full-cycle recruitment for US-based clients.
- MBA is a must-have.
- Prior experience working with a SaaS and/or B2B company is required.
- Valuable understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa categories (H1B, OPT, GC, USC, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively across US time zones.
- Experience using an ATS/CRM to manage candidate pipelines and recruitment reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills
- Experience recruiting for both technical (IT) and non-technical (Non-IT) roles across diverse skill sets.
- Familiarity with bench sales/vendor management processes.
