We are looking for a hunter-style BDM , not just an account coordinator. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in US IT Staffing Business Development, client acquisition, account management, lead generation, MSP/VMS programs, Direct Clients, Prime Vendors and Tier-1 Vendor relationships .
This is a target-driven role requiring a solid hunter mentality , excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently manage the complete business development lifecycle—from prospecting and lead generation to client onboarding, requirement generation, closure, and account growth.
