Position: US HR Operations

Experience: 12 years - 17 years

Location: Kolkata,Chennai,Hyderabad -Hybrid

Employment Type: Full-Time

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 12 years of progressive HR experience, preferably with significant experience supporting US employees.




- Strong understanding of US employment practices, HR operations, and compliance.
- Working knowledge of Canadian HR practices and employment regulations.
- Demonstrated experience across multiple HR areas, including:
- HR Operations
- Talent Management
- Employee Relations
- Compensation & Benefits
- HR Compliance
- Immigration
- Performance Management
- Workforce Planning
- Experience working with senior business leaders and managing stakeholders across geographies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Experience managing HR vendors, external legal counsel, immigration partners, and perks providers.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in a US-headquartered or multinational organization.
- Experience supporting a technology, IT services, consulting, or professional services organization.
- Prior experience in a US HR Manager / Senior HR Manager / HR Business Partner / HR Operations Lead capacity.
- Exposure to HRIS platforms, HR analytics, and HR process automation.
- Experience managing or building an HR function across North America.
